How Guiding People Led Me to Guiding Websites
If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be designing websites for a living, I probably would’ve laughed. My world back then was all about guiding people in person — helping them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and take confident steps toward their goals.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but those same skills would become the foundation for what I do now in the digital world.
